We know every event has its own vision, which is why we welcome all licensed caterers.

We also have a preferred vendor list available once you book, making the decision process easier. These vendors have been wonderful to work with and have all been on site. *These vendors are not required, just highly recommended*

 

In addition, catering is available through Rodeo City Bar-B-Q. Pricing is based on current food costs.

Menu Options :

Texas-style pit smoked bar-b-q, homemade sides and bread.

• Ranch Style Dinner: Two meat choices, three side orders, rolls or cornbread muffins
• Smoked Bar-B-Q Sandwiches: Pulled Pork and Bar-b-q sauce, two side orders

• Meat Choices: Tri-Tip, Brisket, Baby-Back Ribs, Smoked Chicken, Pulled Pork
• Side Orders: Caesar Salad, Fresh Vegetables, Baked Beans, Macaroni & Cheese, Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Coleslaw, Garlic Mashed potatoes, Green Beans,  Fresh Fruit
